Modern tools and frameworks I use to build scalable applications
I'm Demond Balentine Sr.—a full-stack developer and technical founder building at the intersection of practical engineering and founder mindset.
My journey started in Detroit, where I learned the value of resilience and innovation. Military service taught me discipline and systems thinking. Now, I'm combining that foundation with cutting-edge technical training at Atlas School in Tulsa, graduating July 2026.
What sets me apart: I leverage AI-enhanced development workflows that most developers in Oklahoma can't access or implement. This means faster delivery, enterprise-grade quality, and solutions that actually solve business problems.

I take full responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverables
Bias for action—I ship products that work, not perfect prototypes
I find creative solutions with limited resources and tight timelines
I work directly with stakeholders to understand real business needs
Enterprise-grade software delivery, AI-enhanced workflows, and pragmatic solutions for small and growing businesses.
Outcome-focused development for startups and growing businesses
From MVP to production—I build complete SaaS platforms with authentication, payments, analytics, and admin dashboards. You get a product that customers can use on day one.
Tailored solutions built with Next.js, React, and TypeScript. I design systems that solve your specific business problems—no cookie-cutter templates.
I use advanced AI workflows and tooling that most developers can't access. This means enterprise-grade features at startup speed and budget.
Building your first product or scaling past MVP
Need custom software without agency prices
Fast-moving teams that need to ship quickly
Thoughts on development, AI, and building products
Most developers treat AI as an autocomplete tool. I treat it as a second engineer on every project. My workflow layers agentic AI, RAG-based context retrieval, and structured prompt patterns to compress what normally takes days into hours—without cutting corners on code quality. Here's the exact stack I use: GitHub Copilot for in-editor generation, a custom context window fed with project-specific docs, and iterative review loops that catch logic errors before they hit production. The result? I consistently ship features at 3x the speed of a traditional solo dev while keeping architecture clean and tests green.
RelayPoint started as a solution to a problem I kept seeing in field operations—teams losing time to miscommunication, missed handoffs, and zero real-time visibility. I built the first version in six weeks: Next.js frontend, Supabase for auth and data, and a real-time event system using Postgres triggers. The hardest part wasn't the code—it was resisting the urge to over-engineer before validating. I shipped a version with just three core features, got it in front of real users, and let their feedback drive every sprint after that. If you're a solo technical founder, the biggest leverage you have is speed. Build less, ship faster, learn sooner.
The decisions you make at 10 users determine how painful your life is at 10,000. I've seen startups backed into corners because they chose convenience over structure in month one. The patterns I rely on: server components for data-heavy views, edge functions for latency-sensitive operations, row-level security baked into the database from day one, and feature flags so you can ship continuously without breaking existing users. None of this is exotic—it's Next.js, Supabase, and disciplined API design. The architecture isn't what makes it scalable. The discipline to keep it clean under deadline pressure is.
